Cancellation Policy

Your business is valued, and your cooperation is appreciated. I am making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests for that appointment time.


When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from booking other clients. 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Payment is required in full for late cancellations and no shows. Unforeseen circumstances do happen and they will all be evaluated case by case basis by management. Rebooking when you have fallen sick is appreciated by everyone.


If emergencies arise please let me know ASAP so I can treat your situation with personal attention. Missed appointment fees are not to be direct billed. I can give you a receipt for the service you have late canceled or missed, and you are welcome to submit it to your insurance provider.


A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times. Any expired credit card will require a replacement on file. If you do not have one on file, please send me a message, or you can go into your client profile and update and add one at your earliest convenience.
