What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy that utilizes both non pharmaceutical + non-surgical techniques to aid the body in its self-healing  process.


Practitioners recognize the body's capacity to regulate and repair itself  through natural processes. However, what can happen is that this ability can be  impeded when certain functions are compromised.


The primary objective of osteopathic treatment is to restore equilibrium and the body's normal functions,  empowering it to heal itself.

What is Body Sugaring?

It might sound like baking, But sugaring is actually a method of hair removal.  Similar to waxing, sugaring removes body hair by quickly pulling the hair from  the root. The name for this method comes from the paste itself, which consists  of lemon, water, and sugar.
